Quality & Innovation in Vocational Training for Enterprise Cultural Heritagemn project is structured around a coherent set of general, specific and operational objectives. These objectives are closely correlated with a number of Work Packages, which in turn produce outputs & results. Outputs & results can be clearly identified and measured, as well as intermediate milestones. The total duration (24 months) is in line with the extent of the objectives.
There is a a sound chronological organization of WP:
1) Needs Analysis;
2) ECH methodology and learning delivery requirements;
3) development (training material, NFL validation guidelines, learning environment);
4) validation and final revision. Dissemination and exploitation activities are defined for all project phases and beyond its conclusion (i.e., as an open community).
An internal and external evaluation activity (WP10) is carried out using a consolidated methodology (Utilization-Focused Evaluation) by the UoS, and will ensure the workplan is adhered to and the project runs to time and to budget.
