How to create work orders with Agroptima:

To distribute the tasks you only need to take the following 3 steps:

1. Go to activities and select ‘New activity’; ‘With fields’.

2. In ‘Status’ select PLANNED and enter all the details of the work you need: type of task, date, field, product, worker and machine.

3. Save and check that the task is already in your list of activities marked as ‘Planned’.

How will your workers send you what they have done in the field?

Once they enter the app from their mobile phone or tablet they will see a planned activity. By selecting it, you will be able to see all the details. And at the end of their task, they will only have to take 3 more steps:

1. Modify the status of the task to ‘Finished’.

2. Enter the time they have devoted to the activity and write down comments if they deem it necessary.

3. Save. The technician or field manager will see that the activity is finished.

As you can see, the time that the field worker spends in writing down an activity is minimal. But time savings are also present by stopping:
